This energizing practice will stretch your body, calm your mind, and leave your yoga practice feeling refreshed and renewed. It’s a gentle detox for both body and mind, helping you release tension, slow down racing thoughts, and set a clear, positive intention for the new year.
We’ll begin by creating a personal intention for your practice, move through the Sun Salutations, and finish with restorative poses and meditation — leaving you grounded, balanced, and rejuvenated.
Why 108?
In yogic tradition, 108 is regarded as a sacred number that represents the completeness of existence. It links the Sun, Moon, and Earth — the distance from Earth to the Sun and Moon is roughly 108 times their diameters. There are also 108 sacred sites in India, 108 Upanishads, and 108 marma points, or energy centres, in the human body. This workshop invites you to honour this ancient tradition while moving and meditating in harmony.

About your Teacher – Ana Kravchynska
I’m Ana, a yoga teacher (RYT-500) and yoga therapist committed to making practice truly accessible to everyone — regardless of gender, ability, body type, background, or experience. My work is grounded in the belief that yoga belongs to all of us, and my classes are designed to welcome every student with openness and respect.
My teaching is guided by three core values: inquiry, safety, and quality. I prioritize creating a compassionate space where you can explore your body without pressure or expectation. Rather than asking you to fit a shape, I support you in reconnecting with your body’s own wisdom — empowering you to reclaim agency, honour your boundaries, and listen deeply to what you need.
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my classes offer a grounded, inclusive environment for inner exploration. Together, we celebrate diversity, cultivate compassion, and rediscover the joy of embodiment. My hope is that you find peace, acceptance, and a genuine sense of belonging in every practice.
