Three Fridays over Three Months
90-minute class: 75 minutes Vinyasa Yoga + 15 minutes Yoga Nidra

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, playful, and energetic practice that moves through a variety of flows, including standing postures, balancing, seated work, backbends, and inversions. Expect longer sequences, deep stretches, and multiple breaths in each posture. The pace is never rushed — breath is always clearly guided.
In contrast, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down in stillness. Accessible to all, regardless of experience or physical capacity, it offers a deeply restorative, somatic experience — a practice of conscious rest.
This intentional combination of rigour and restoration is what makes this class so powerful.
Students from Jen’s Monday and Wednesday 9:30 am classes are especially encouraged. This offering is ideal for those familiar with her teaching who would like to go deeper. If you’ve attended a Yoga Nidra workshop with Jen at Green Room before, you’ll recognize and enjoy this style of practice.

- Vinyasa Yoga (75 min) — similar level of challenge to Jen’s regular drop-in classes
- Yoga Nidra (15 min) — guided, lying-down meditation and deep rest
$35 single class • $90 full series (save $15)
About Jen

About Jen
Jen is an experienced, grounded teacher who has been teaching yoga since 2004 in studios across Vancouver, Nanaimo, Cortes Island, Calgary, Montreal, and Guadalajara, Mexico.
Her path is rooted in a lifelong relationship to movement as a dancer and choreographer, alongside her work as a yoga instructor, bodyworker, and counsellor. She brings a steady, attentive presence to her teaching, supporting students to move with awareness and explore depth with clarity and care.
