Frequently Asked Questions

We do not offer refunds at our studio but, understanding that life sometimes gets in the way,  for single drop-in classes, we are happy to offer a credit for you to book another class. 

We are happy to work with you when life gets in the way of using all of your classes on a pass. While we cannot offer refunds, we can offer a credit for unused classes if you are unable to use them within the allotted time frame or you miss a class due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Yes, our packages of 5 or 8 classes are designed to be used within 8 weeks of purchase. Please observe the expiration dates of passes. However - life gets complicated, we get it! Extensions can be given for reasons of travel or illness. Classes that are not used by the expiration date can be added onto your next pass purchased: please email info@greenroomyoga.ca or let us know the next time you come to class, and we’ll get you sorted out.  

If you were unable to use your class pass, we can extend the expiration date. Please contact info@greenroomyoga.ca to arrange. If you need to contact us, please ensure you have 72 hours before your subscription renews. 

If you have an auto-renewing subscription. Log in to our website's SCHEDULING PAGE (about halfway down, top right); click your email address in the top right corner, then click "manage codes". From there, you can scroll to the bottom and click "manage subscription". On the pop-up screen, click the "cancel" button. When you're ready to reactivate your pass again, you can come back here and click the "reactivate" button. Please ensure you have a valid card on file at this time.

Yes, all classes stream live at home as well as in person. Simply reschedule your IN STUDIO booking to an AT HOME booking and you will get your Zoom code. Please register 15 minutes before class is scheduled to start. 

Our single drop-in class is $23 plus tax.  But you can receive significant savings if you purchase a package. 

We welcome new students as drop-ins, but as our studio is small, so please book online first! 

No. Since we are a small business (and a small studio) we require participants to purchase their own pass or buy a single class.  Passes are not sharable. Thank you for understanding.

Yes. If you have pass or a subscription we can suspend your next payment date for the time you are away, OR some people prefer to let those classes roll over so you will have extra classes to use once you return. Please contact info@greenroomyoga.ca to arrange this in advance of your trip.

Subscriptions to our monthly Unlimited and 4 classes in 4 weeks automatically renew every month. You are responsible for canceling your monthly subscription by emailing info@greenroomyoga.ca We require 30 days' notice to cancel.  

We do not require contracts at Green Room Yoga. However, for an auto renewing subscription, we ask for an a minimum 3 month commitment. If that is too long please consider purchasing a 5 or 8 class pass instead.  

Once you buy a pass, book yourself into multiple classes, as far in advance as you can. You can always cancel and reschedule. Just click the change/cancel button on the bottom of your booking confirmation email. But remember in person capacity is small so please be sure to cancel if you can't make it and free a spot for someone else!

We allow 12 students per class. If you are unable to book an online class it is because the class is fully booked. But please check back in with us closer to class. People often cancel or reschedule last minute and a spot may open up for you.
