Frequently Asked Questions

We do not offer refunds at our studio but, understanding that life sometimes gets in the way,  for single drop-in classes, we are happy to offer a credit for you to book another class. 

We are happy to work with you when life gets in the way of using all of your class passes. While we cannot offer refunds, we can offer a credit for unused classes if you are unable to use them within the allotted timeframe or miss a class due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Yes, our packages of 5 or 8 classes are designed to be used within 8 weeks of purchase.  Please observe the expiration dates of passes.  However - life gets complicated, we get it! Extensions can be given for reasons of travel or illness.  Classes that are not used by the expiration date can be added onto your next pass purchased: please email info@greenroomyoga.ca or let us know the next time you come to class, and we’ll get you sorted out.  

If you were unable to use your class pass, we can extend the expiration date on your next visit to the studio.

Yes, all classes stream live at home as well as in person.  Once you book you will get your Zoom code. 

Our single drop-in class is $23 plus tax.  But you can receive significant savings if you purchase a package.  

We welcome new students as drop-ins, but as our studio is small, please book online! 

No.  We require participants to purchase their own pass or single class.  Passes are not sharable.

Yes. If you have pass or a subscription we can push forward your next payment for the time you are away, OR some people prefer to let those classes roll over so you will have extra classes to use once you return. If you have purchased a package of classes, we adjust your next payment date.

Subscriptions to our monthly At Home and Hybrid passes automatically renew every month. You are responsible for canceling your monthly or unlimited subscription by emailing info@greenroomyoga.ca. We require 30 days' notice to cancel.  

 

We do not require contracts at Green Room Yoga. However, for annual/unlimited subscriptions, we ask for an 8-week commitment  (two payments) and then proceed with month-to-month auto-payments.

 

Once you buy a pass, book yourself into classes as far in advance as you can.  You can always cancel and reschedule.  Almost all classes have last-minute cancellations and rebooking.

We allow 12 students per class. If you are unable to book an online class it is because the class is fully booked. But please check back in with us closer to class. People often cancel or reschedule last minute and a spot may open up for you.
