With over thirty-five years as a dancer, shiatsu therapist, and yogi 🧘‍♀️—and as someone living with ADHD—I’ve gathered a unique toolkit of healing techniques and hard-earned body wisdom. This series blends practicality with uplift, helping your nervous system reorganize itself naturally—body and mind, warts 😉 and all.

What to expect each week:
❖ Shaking practices
❖ Do-Yin (gentle self-tapping/pounding along energy lines)
❖ Yoga asana sequences tailored for specific meridians and energy centres
❖ Optional 10-minute community circle ⭕️ for custom inquiries

We’ll draw from ancient Vedic yoga traditions, weave in practices from Chinese Medicine, and explore ways to awaken the body’s innate healing capacity—shifting patterns at the root of the nervous system.

This is somatic education you can feel. Come as you are. Do what you do. No pressure—except the gentle invitation to listen compassionately to the “issues in your tissues.”
