This six-week prenatal yoga series is a supportive, trauma-informed space for mothers-to-be at any stage of pregnancy. Through movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, you’ll learn practical tools to ease discomfort, release fear, and build resilience in preparation for birth. Each class is designed to help you feel more confident in your body, calm in your mind, and connected with your growing baby—skills you can carry into birth and beyond.

Pregnancy is a time of profound transformation—a doorway into the mystery of birth, love, and life itself. This 6-week prenatal yoga series offers a supportive, trauma-informed space where mothers-to-be can feel held, nurtured, and empowered at every stage of gestation.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and shared reflection, you will:

  • Cultivate resilience in body, heart, and mind
  • Release tension and fear while building confidence for birth
  • Deepen your connection to your growing baby
  • Explore the physiology of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
  • Learn practices to reduce pain and discomfort, and to support rest and recovery

Together we will create a circle of mothers, weaving movement, voice, and stillness into a practice that honors both the body’s wisdom and the mystery of new life.

✨ Each class blends yoga postures, restorative practices, meditation, breathwork, and open discussion, with time for questions and shared experience.

 

About Odette Slater

For over 35 years, Odette has been guiding people into deeper relationship with their bodies, voices, and inner wisdom. She is a seasoned yoga and pilates teacher, doula of 13 years, sound healer, and kirtan facilitator, as well as a mother and grandmother.

Odette’s teaching is rooted in presence, compassion, and a deep trust in the intelligence of the body. Her prenatal yoga classes have been described as “a safe container for transformation”, blending physical practice with soulful inquiry and a wealth of supportive resources.

Her work invites women to experience pregnancy not only as preparation for birth, but as a profound initiation into resilience, agency, and connection.
