For the curious, cautious, or just getting started—this supportive intro to inversions builds shoulder strength, core stability + confidence from the ground up.
No experience needed. Expect wall drills, play, and new body awareness—right side up and upside down.

As someone who has struggled with chronic shoulder pain, I was initially hesitant to explore inversion work. But as I became more comfortable bearing weight on my hands, I began exploring how inversions could actually support and improve my shoulder health.

In my approach to inversions, I take a holistic view—considering the relationship between the pelvis, rib cage, and shoulders. I’m passionate about helping others build functional alignment that not only supports their inversion practice but also enhances overall posture and movement in daily life.

My goal is to create a playful, supportive environment for learning, while offering practical tools to help you build confidence and strength in your body—both upside down and right side up!

We’ll start with a one-hour yoga class focused on shoulder mobility, stability, and core engagement. From there, we’ll move into inversion drills using yoga blocks, and finish with some playful wall-supported inversion practice.

You’ll leave with tools to build your inversion practice safely, gradually, and at your own pace.
