We’ve all heard the news: stress will kill you/ you need to manage stress/ you need to avoid stress

Well, if you’re a human, you know that stress isn’t going anywhere. It’s inevitable. It’s part of living a life. So what if we could change our mindset around stress? What if we weren’t so scared of it? What if we could train our brains so that when a stress response hits, we were able to choose action (fight) over inaction, (flight or freeze)? What if we could grow a resilient brain that acknowledges stress as part of a meaningful life. Could we actually have that much power over our minds? How do we do that?
