Jennifer Clarke returns to Green Room for a special practice while visiting Vancouver.

We’re delighted to welcome Jennifer Clarke, former owner of Green Room Yoga and a beloved teacher in this community, back to the studio for a special evening practice during her short visit to Vancouver.

Jennifer helped shape the spirit of Green Room for many years, and this gathering offers a chance for past and present students to reconnect in practice together.

The class will unfold over two hours, beginning with a strong, steady hatha sequence to build warmth, openness, and clarity in the body. From there, we’ll move into a nourishing yin and restorative practice to gently stretch the fascia and invite deeper release, before closing with seated meditation to calm the nervous system and integrate the experience.

Sequenced as a full arc of practice — energizing the body, softening tension, and settling into stillness — this evening practice offers space to reconnect with both practice and community as we move into the spring season.

All levels welcome.

A Note from Jennifer Clarke

I’ll be back in Vancouver briefly, and I’m really looking forward to practicing together again. This two-hour class moves from strong, steady hatha into nourishing yin and restorative practice, closing with seated meditation. It’s a simple sequence designed to open the body, calm the nervous system, and gain a little perspective as we move into spring.
