Spring Equinox Reset Ritual
with Jennifer McLeish-Lewis
As we move through the Spring season, this ritual invites you to pause at the turning of the year — that threshold when light begins to outpace darkness — and consciously welcome the returning light.
Join us for an afternoon of deep connection — physically, energetically, and spiritually — and support fresh new energy circulating through the body as the days grow longer. In yogic philosophy, spring is often associated with the heart centre, Anahata — the space of openness, compassion, and growth — symbolized by a luminous green light. As we clear stagnation in the body, we create space for emotional clarity and renewal.
We’ll begin with a dynamic, all-levels Vinyasa practice. Over two hours, you’ll sweat, breathe, and move through standing postures, backbends, and inversions — always adapted to meet your level. Expect a strong and playful flow, much like Jennifer’s beloved morning classes. Together we’ll build heat, clear stagnation, and encourage circulation — physically and energetically — supporting expansion through the chest and breath.

After a short break, we’ll shift into stillness with an hour of Yoga Nidra — translated as “yogic sleep” or “extended Savasana.” This guided practice blends relaxation, meditation, and self-hypnosis to integrate body, mind, and spirit. In this receptive state, you’ll have the opportunity to plant clear intentions and cultivate fresh perspectives for the season ahead.
Yoga Nidra can open doorways to emotional release, deep rest, clarity, or subtle insight. Simply arrive with an open heart and no expectations.
