SATURDAY JULY 19, 12:30 – 3:30PM

PRICE $75*

During this 3-hour workshop, we’ll dive into the intricate wisdom of the female body through the lens of yoga therapy. You’ll learn how to work with your hormones, not against them, using therapeutic movement, breath, and mindfulness to support each stage of your hormonal life—whether you’re navigating your first cycles, fertility, perimenopause, or menopause.

We’ll explore:

  • The phases of the menstrual cycle and the role of each hormone
  • Common hormonal imbalances and how they show up physically and emotionally
  • Natural ways to support hormone regulation through yoga and lifestyle
  • How to use breath, movement, and rest to promote nervous system balance
  • Foundational pelvic floor and core practices for long-term vitality

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body and practical tools to support emotional steadiness, energy levels, and hormonal resilience—day to day, cycle to cycle, and across your lifespan.

This nourishing day will also include a delicious herbal tea, with space to connect, reflect, and restore in community.
